A leading car dealership in Northern Ireland is seeking a Used Car Sales Executive. The role involves selling vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in car sales and possess excellent communication skills. - A minimum of 3 years car sales experience with knowledge of KeyloopDrive or similar DMS.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Full UK driving licence.
Responsibilities
- Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience.
- Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met.
- Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates.
- Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles.
- Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification.
- Participate in social media promotion of vehicles and brand.
- Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
