Job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Car Sales Executive for our family owned and operated Ford main dealership in Kidderminster, West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience selling new and used cars, working towards monthly and quarterly targets and meeting manufacturer standards for customer satisfaction. Experience with Motability and finance & insurance is preferred, though not essential. Joining our new and used sales department, you will be a team player with exceptional communication skills, building rapport with colleagues and customers, and will pay close attention to detail to understand customer wants and needs.

Responsibilities
  • Communicating with customers via email, telephone and in person
  • Suggesting suitable vehicles based on customer needs
  • Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be self‑motivated, and passionate about sales. You will need to hit targets, so being ambitious and hard‑working is essential. A full UK driving licence is required. Working hours are Monday‑Friday 08:45 am – 18:00 pm (with one day off every other week), Saturdays 08:45 am – 17:30 pm, and Sundays for ad‑hoc shows and special events only.
