Job Description

Join our Global Business Development Operations team as a Manager and become a key player in driving global business growth at Publicis Groupe. Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of pitches, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Support pitch qualification using data analysis and market research.
• Assist in preparing high-quality research for pitch responses and presentation materials.
• Identify and implement process improvements, integrating AI tools where beneficial.
• Collaborate with technology and design teams for effective pitch execution.
• Maintain and secure Business Development data, ensuring integrity and accessibility.
• Gather learnings from pitches to support continuous improvement and team development.
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to enhance operational effectiveness.

• Experience in the advertising industry or a similar industry in an operational role.
• Proven project management skills with a focus on timely, high-standard delivery.
• Strong process-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Quick learner with robust problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in data analysis with actionable insight delivery.
• Experience in events planning and coordination would be advantageous
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
