We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable owning opportunities end-to-end and enjoys turning complexity into clear, compelling propositions. You’ll ideally bring:
Proven experience in a commercial, sales or bid management role, ideally within EVs, renewables, infrastructure, or technology
Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to explain technical and financial concepts clearly and credibly
Confidence working independently to generate leads, manage pipelines and keep momentum moving
A detail-focused, organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines at once
Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce, alongside strong Microsoft Office skills
