A music education organization is seeking a Regional Cover Music Teacher to provide engaging lessons to primary school students across the region. The role involves stepping in for regular instructors and supporting the operations team. Applicants must be competent on different musical instruments, have a full UK driving license, and be comfortable traveling. This full-time, permanent position offers competitive pay and generous holiday allowances.
Salary: £29,000 per year
Bonus: Annual bonus based on both company and individual performance
Additional Pay: Monthly car allowance
Travel Package: Fuel card plus MOT and servicing covered through our iRock road ready scheme
Holiday: 11 weeks of paid school holidays, plus bank holidays
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Location: Travel across the wider region, including occasional overnight stays

As a Regional Cover Music Teacher, you’ll play a key role in making sure every school gets the full iRock experience, even when their regular Band Coach is away. Your work will help children build confidence and enjoy school more, leaving a positive impact that lasts long after the lesson is over.
