Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years car sales experience with knowledge of KeyloopDrive or similar DMS.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a welcoming and individual experience.
• Build customer loyalty and satisfaction ensuring all requirements are met.
• Keep in touch with customers to provide updates on orders and arrange handover dates.
• Carry out high quality and accurate appraisals on part-exchange vehicles.
• Provide bespoke demonstrations on vehicle features and specification.
• Participate in social media promotion of vehicles and brand.
• Maintain and manage customer relationships to ensure brand loyalty.
