Job summary
A leading children's healthcare charity in Glasgow is seeking a part-time Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive. The ideal candidate will have prior experience and must demonstrate critical thinking, professionalism, and confidentiality. This role offers £25,000 pro rata for 21 hours per week.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Ability to anticipate needs and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive.
- Manage appointments and communications for the executive.

As a leading Scottish children’s healthcare charity, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team.
This role will provide a comprehensive, high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive of Glasgow Children’s Hospital Charity.
