A leading financial institution in Northern Ireland is seeking a Customer Service Assistant for their Ballymena branch. The role includes providing top-tier customer service, accurately handling transactions, and guiding customers on savings accounts. The ideal candidate will have 6 GCSEs including English and Maths, with at least two years of customer-facing experience. Due to our continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Customer Service Assistant in our busy Ballymena branch team for a fixed term contract (FTC) lasting 9 to 12 months. The successful candidate will be expected to show flexibility and support our Glengormley branch when required. We are a modern, innovative and exciting Building Society and we’d love for you to join us. Reporting to the Assistant Branch Manager, you will act as a first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for providing a professional, empathetic and personal service in a manner that builds customer engagement and exceeds our customer’s expectations.
