ABOUT JOB

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent communication skills, and experience in office management and clerical tasks. Duties

  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and other office management software for administrative tasks
  • Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and travel arrangements for staff or executives
  • Support bookkeeping activities and basic bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, or in person, ensuring excellent customer service standards
  • Handle clerical duties such as copying, scanning, faxing, and organizing documents
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors when necessary
  • Support personal assistant tasks including time management and organization for executives or team members
Qualifications
