Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Women’s Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition initiatives focused on attracting and engaging female candidates. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer brand through social media management and utilise various HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment processes. Duties
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified female candidates across diverse channels.
  • Manage and optimise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.
  • Utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and specialised networks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and community organisations to support talent sourcing efforts.
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and optimise future campaigns.
