- Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract qualified female candidates across diverse channels.
- Manage and optimise applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms to ensure seamless recruitment workflows.
- Utilise social media management tools to enhance employer branding and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and specialised networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external recruitment agencies, and community organisations to support talent sourcing efforts.
- Coordinate with the HR team to ensure compliance with organisational policies and employment legislation throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Analyse recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing channels and optimise future campaigns.
- Lead candidate screening processes, conduct interviews, and facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in human resources, and emerging recruitment technologies such as Salesforce, Workday, and PeopleSoft.
