This pivotal role blends office management, social media engagement, NVQ candidate support, and member services support. You'll ensure smooth daily operations while bolstering our digital presence and driving candidate success.

What You'll Do

Virtual Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations: member support bookings, enquiries, certifications
  • Serve as first point of contact—manage calls, emails, and general enquiries
  • Schedule meetings, support the ASESA team and external resources

Social Media & Marketing

  • Work with the ASESA team to plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with ASESA’s mission
  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences to build brand presence

NVQ Candidate Support

  • Help NVQ candidates gather evidence through our e-portfolio system
  • Liaise between assessors, candidates, and employers
  • Ensure compliance with evidence requirements and deadlines

Sales Support

  • Support ASESA’s business development and sales activities
  • Maintain CRM and recording systems for enquiries, sales leads, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate logistics for training sessions, events, and meetings

Person Specification

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven office administration or management experience (2+ years)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Savvy social media user with interest or experience in content creation
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and time management
