• Prepare high‑quality coffee and beverages consistently to Electric Coffee Co standards.
• Deliver warm, welcoming, and efficient customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Manage daily barista duties including dialing in, milk steaming, and espresso calibration.
• Support stock control, restocking, and smooth daily café operations.

• Experienced barista with strong coffee knowledge and confident latte art skills.
• Passionate about specialty coffee and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendly, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude.
• Attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards.
