A leading financial technology company is seeking a General Manager to oversee its global licensing strategy and legal entity portfolio. This role requires a visionary leader with a background in FinTech, capable of aligning regulatory compliance with strategic business growth. The ideal candidate will have more than 8 years of experience, particularly in licensing programs across multiple jurisdictions, demonstrating a profound understanding of the regulatory landscape and its commercial implications.
We are seeking an experienced, strategically-minded executive to join our leadership team as General Manager (Strategic Licensing & Entity Portfolio). This role will own and manage the global structure of Cryptopay Group’s legal entities and regulatory licenses, treating them not just as compliance tools but as core business assets that enable growth, expansion, and long-term enterprise value.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of regulatory awareness, corporate structuring experience, and business acumen, capable of navigating the complexities of regulated FinTech markets across jurisdictions, while maintaining a clear view of the commercial and strategic value of each license and entity.
