- Completed a postgraduate diploma, masters, or equivalent in clinical pharmacy.
- Experience in a hospital pharmacy environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, patient-focused, clinical pharmacy services across specialties.
- Deliver medicines management and evidence-based advice to patients.
- Assist in quality and governance of pharmacy services on campus.
- Engage in continuous service improvement and audit monitoring.
- Participate in Quality Improvement Projects and provide mentorship.
