We are now looking for a General Manager to lead the team at Pétrus by Gordon Ramsay, located in Knightsbridge, London.

Petrus by Gordon Ramsay is an elegant fine dining restaurant which has retained a Michelin star since 2011. Serving modern French cuisine, the restaurant benefits from a magnificent state of the art cylindrical wine vault constructed from glass in the middle of the restaurant, creating a fantastic ambience for both our guests and the team.

Open for Lunch & Dinner Tuesday-Saturday. Closed Sunday & Monday.

General Manager must have:

• A passion for hospitality, food and beverage and exceptional guest service
• The motivation and leadership skill to represent the Gordon Ramsay Brand and its world class hospitality standards
• A keen eye for detail to ensure delivery of standards at the highest level
• A proven track record of recruiting, developing, motivating and retaining a high performing team
• Good commercial acumen with previous P&L responsibility
• A strong personality, with confidence and enthusiasm to lead the team in the day to day running of the restaurant
• Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written – to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ability to multi task and effectively manage relationships at all levels

We are ideally looking for candidates who:

• Previous experience as a General Manager within a Michelin Star restaurant, either independent or part of a 5 star hotel and comprehensive knowledge of hospitality & restaurant operations
• Are passionate about delivering the highest levels of service to our guests in an engaging and informative way
• Are responsible for the overall planning, business development and success of the restaurant alongside the Executive Head Chef
• Ensuring service standards throughout the entire guest journey exceed expectations
• Effectively coordinate, control and manage all resources and commercials to deliver all targets of the P&L
