A leading global manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking an HR Business Lead for North West and Scotland. Qualifications
- Experience of working in a sales/service or engineering environment.
- Strong experience of employee relations and employment law including trade unions.

Responsibilities
- Ensure successful implementation of the people strategy across business areas.
- Develop and implement associated people plans and initiatives.
- Advise and upskill managers in HR-related matters.
