A local governmental authority is seeking an Investigation Officer to ensure thorough investigations into HR issues, such as bullying and disciplinary cases. This role involves preparing detailed reports and liaising with stakeholders for transparency. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative skills and experience in HR matters. This is a temporary position offering a salary of £45,091 – £46,142 pro rata, located in Carlisle or Workington, with a contract lasting until 31st March 2026.
