MCS Group is thrilled to be exclusively representing an innovative private sector organisation based in the Craigavon area to recruit a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join the in-house team and help bring brands to life across digital and print platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer at the early stage of their career to develop their skills within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with the Senior Designer and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience across packaging, digital campaigns, and brand communications.

• Support the design and development of packaging across multiple brands, working closely with suppliers and internal teams.
• Create engaging visual content for digital and print, including social media, email campaigns, websites, advertisements, brochures, and in-store materials.
• Assist in maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Digital teams, to translate briefs into strong visual concepts.
• Prepare artwork for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Amend and update existing creative assets as required.
• Manage multiple projects effectively while meeting agreed deadlines.

• 1-2 years' experience in a design role (including internships or placement year experience).
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline (preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; XD).
• A solid understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Basic knowledge of preparing artwork for commercial print (litho and digital).
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take feedback constructively.
• A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, strong layout skills and brand awareness.
