The role is responsible for ensuring the successful translation of strategy into actionable deliverables relating to day-to-day HR activity. The role will be a key partner in developing the people agenda, championing employee engagement initiatives, and acting as an advocate for the respective business area. Developing and implementing the associated people plan, initiatives and processes, whilst building and supporting high-performing teams. Ability to build strong and influential relationships with key stakeholders.
