Electrical Maintenance Lead – Day Shift (Manufacturing)
Job summary
A leading chemical manufacturer in the UK is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrical Lead to oversee the performance of electrical equipment and systems at their Yate site. The successful candidate will manage maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and provide technical expertise in maintenance tasks. Ideal applicants will have a Level 3 Electrical qualification, experience in industrial equipment maintenance, and the ability to work with SAP systems. This role is crucial for maintaining operational efficiency in a manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in maintaining electrical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Competent in using SAP for work order and task management.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Responsibilities
- Ownership of maintaining all site electrical equipment and systems.
- Complete planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
- Monitor equipment condition and report abnormalities.
- Issue and update work orders within SAP.
