Job summary
A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Care Home Operations Manager to oversee multiple care homes across Northern England. In this demanding yet rewarding role, you will ensure high standards of care by collaborating with General Managers and addressing challenging operational needs. Responsibilities include managing budgets, staff recruitment, and implementing quality assurance measures. The position requires a Registered Nurse qualification, significant leadership experience in care homes, and a full UK driving license. Flexibility for travel is essential.

- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in a senior operational/leadership role in a care home setting.
- Strong track record of improving care quality and driving operational efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Take on General Manager responsibilities and become a CQC Registered Manager if needed.
- Identify any concerns about the home through robust quality assurance, complaints, incidents or accidents.
- Manage all sales enquires and proactively promote the home in the local community.
