Job summary
A leading care home provider in the United Kingdom is seeking a Head of Maintenance. In this role, you will ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment for residents and staff. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing a variety of maintenance tasks, and liaising with contractors. Ideal candidates should have hands-on maintenance experience, a trade skill, and a full UK driving licence. Responsibilities
