We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Club Coach (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our coaching team. This is an ideal role for a coach who enjoys delivering engaging group sessions, building positive relationships with players and parents, and being part of a supportive, well‑organised programme.

You will deliver group coaching across junior and adult sessions, supporting player development while helping to maintain the high standards Mahony Tennis is known for.

Downton Tennis Centre (DTC) is a well‑established community tennis venue in Wiltshire, offering indoor and outdoor courts and a busy year‑round programme for players of all ages and abilities.

Mahony Tennis is the appointed coaching provider at DTC, led by Lee Mahony (LTA Level 4 Performance Coach). The programme delivers high‑quality junior, adult and performance coaching, with a strong focus on player development, inclusion and long‑term participation. Coaching is delivered within a structured, supportive environment, working closely with Downton Leisure Centre to provide a professional and welcoming tennis experience.

• Hold an LTA Level 2 qualification (Level 3 welcomed)
• Be passionate about coaching and developing players at club level
• Be reliable, organised and professional in your approach
• Have strong communication skills and a positive manner on court
• Enjoy working as part of a team and contributing to a wider programme
• Be committed to safeguarding and best practice
