A leading facilities management company is looking for a Retail Area Support Officer to maintain a secure environment across multiple retail locations. Key responsibilities include conducting patrols, monitoring CCTV, and responding to incidents. Applicants must have a valid SIA Licence, strong observational skills, and the ability to manage challenging situations professionally. Qualifications
- Right to work in the UK.
- Valid SIA Licence – Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
- Proven ability in challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong and visible security presence.
- Conduct regular patrols across store premises.
- Monitor CCTV and respond to suspicious activity.
- Carry out searches in line with company policy.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents.
