# Peripatetic Customer Service Adviser (Part Time - Ashington)## Job Information**CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR****Ashington Customer Information Centre, 29.5 hours per week****Working hours -****Monday to Thursday 9.00-3.00,****Friday 9.00-14.30****Fixed Term for 12 months****The Role****Who we are*** The Customer Experience team are the first point of contact for people who get in touch with the council. The team operates a telephone contact centre based in Morpeth and 6 information centres across the county in Berwick, Alnwick, Ashington, Blyth, Cramlington and Hexham. Our Customer Service Advisors work in a hybrid way, working from home and in the office and are part of a tight-knit team supported by our team leaders.* We are passionate about delivering accessible and easy services to everyone.
