Qualifications

  • Experience dealing with 3rd party subcontractors.
  • Able to travel within the UK.
  • Good system understanding and ability to work at pace.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers.
  • Provide high quality customer service.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers.
  • Assign new shipments to carriers.
  • Ensure POD's are quality checked and signed off.
  • Investigate and resolve carrier platform non-compliance.
