B2B Telesales Account Manager
OTE £40,000+ uncapped
We are looking for an experienced B2B Telesales Executive / Internal Sales Consultant for our client in Motherwell. A previous background in outbound sales is required, with experience in most B2B / SME sales areas being of interest as the skills are very transferrable to their sector.
- Develop new leads and opportunities and generate sales with business customers of all sizes.
- Account manage the account and cross-sell and upsell other additional products and services during their time with the company.
- Experience in outbound sales; able to speak with decision makers at the highest level within target businesses.
- Money-driven, target driven, able to handle high volume outbound telesales calls; strong rapport building and listening skills.
On top of your starting basic salary of £25,000 (negotiable DOE) there is also general on target earnings of around £30,000 - £40,000. Some top performers earn £60,000 - £70,000 a year.
