A leading veterinary service provider is seeking both full-time and part-time Customer Care Advisors in Diss. The role involves responding to customer queries via phone and chat, striving for service excellence. Location: Training will require 2 weeks onsite in Diss then Hybrid options– for Full time we usually have 3 days in office, remainder from home – flexible for part time support.
In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.
