We have exciting opportunities for both Full-time & Part-time Customer Care Advisors to join Animed on a permanent basis.

Shift Patterns Available -

Full time:

  • Monday to Friday (5 x 8 hour shifts) but working a Saturday is an option if this works best for you

Part Time:

  • Lunch covers/flexible hours
    Preference of cover between;
    10–3 | 11–4 | 12–5
  • Weekend work from 16 hours upwards

Location: Training will require 2 weeks onsite in Diss then Hybrid options– for Full time we usually have 3 days in office, remainder from home – flexible for part time support.

In this role, you will work as part of a contact centre team to ensure customer queries and orders are efficiently responded to and resolved.

Animed was established in 2010 and sells animal medicines, pet food and accessories to customers across the UK.

Some of your key duties include the following:

  • Being there for the customer when needed, answering telephone calls and Live chats through the day.
  • Striving for excellence, offering the best level of service to each customer.
  • Resolving customer issues in the most efficient time frame.
  • Accurately recording details of enquiries, comments and constructive feedback so we can look to continuously improve customer journeys.

To be successful, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • You're a real people person, happy to engage customers through the day, often taking back to back calls or Live chats.
  • Communication is key, so offering a high level of service, written or verbal, being clear and professional throughout.
  • Active listener, understanding what the customer needs, and knowing when to show empathy.
  • IT skills, we use multiple systems and being able to comfortably hop between these on calls is important.
