A fast-growing broadband company in Scotland is seeking a Field Sales Onboarding & Coaching Lead to enhance the onboarding experience for new sales executives. This role includes delivering high-quality training, coaching in the field, and ensuring new hires are prepared to perform effectively from day one. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales training and mentoring, as well as a full UK driving license. The position requires regular travel, making it essential for candidates to be organized and self-motivated.
Field-based (regular travel & overnight stays required)
