A leading financial services provider is seeking a Head of Fraud Strategy to oversee the fraud management strategy in the UK. You will lead a team focused on optimizing fraud outcomes and ensuring all strategies align with business goals. The role requires significant experience in fraud strategy management within financial services and a strong data-driven mindset. - Proven track record of finding resolutions using data and strong quantitative orientation.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage fraud and disputes strategy for a UK Card business.
- Manage a team of fraud strategy analysts for optimal outcomes.
- Own and manage the credit oversight program for UK Fraud.
