A leading HR consulting firm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee the people workstream across the M&A lifecycle. This strategic position involves managing HR support during all phases of mergers and acquisitions, providing expert employment advice, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation. The role is based in Belfast, Edinburgh, or Glasgow with a hybrid workstyle.

A strategic and hands‑on HR role responsible for leading the full people workstream across the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) lifecycle. Provides expert guidance on employment risks, organisational change, and TUPE, while also delivering practical, on‑the‑ground HR support.
This role can be based in our Belfast, Edinburgh or Glasgow office with a hybrid workstyle.
