Qualifications

Description

Priory Hospital Suttons Manoris looking to recruit a HR & Resourcing Co-ordinatorto join the team. This is a part time 22.5 hours role.

Priory Hospital Suttons Manor is set in Stapleford Tawney, a village and civil parish in the Epping Forest district, near the town of Romford. The hospital is set in its own attractive grounds of over nine acres, which supports an amazing horticulture programme and grants access to an idyllic countryside landscape, which, by its very nature, promotes wellbeing.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a dedicated and compassionate team, all working together to ensure the smooth running of the hospital and to support the wellbeing of our patients. While your role doesn’t involve providing direct care, your contribution is vital in helping to maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you're assisting with day-to-day operations, keeping things organised, or ensuring our spaces are well looked after, your support plays an important part in creating a positive experience for those who live and work here.

  • Work closely with hiring managers, Central Talent Acquisition team, and external resourcing partners, to coordinate recruitment activities.
  • Support the site lead to work closely with the Central Talent Acquisition team to agree recruitment methods where there are resourcing challenges across site or within specific teams
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is adhered to and delivers a positive candidate experience in a timely manner Onboarding
  • Work in conjunction with Central Onboarding team to ensure new hires are offered, processed and onboarded in line with the sites “Time To Hire” targets or KPI’s
  • Liaise with candidates throughout the Onboarding process ensuring all relevant documentation is obtained in accordance with Priory’s safer recruitment policy and Right to work statutory requirements

What you’ll bring to the role

The post-holder will be CIPD Level 5 qualified or have a minimum of three years of relevant working experience, with a strong working knowledge of HR practices. They must have demonstrable experience in managing employee relations cases and staying up to date with current UK employment legislation. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, along with excellent attention to detail, are essential. Previous experience as an HR Administrator or Assistant within a commercial environment, in either a generalist or specialist capacity, is required, experience within the healthcare sector is desirable but not essential.
