A financial technology firm is looking for an experienced professional to lead their credit and analytics functions. You will define and maintain credit strategy, manage risk policies, and develop data strategies to drive competitive advantage. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in consumer lending, particularly with revolving credit or credit cards, and be comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment. Strong technical analytics skills in SQL and Python are required.

A single interest rate, no fees and predictable monthly repayments that our customers control.
Role Purpose
We are expanding our team and looking for someone to lead our credit and analytics functions.
You will own Cred’s end-to-end credit strategy and portfolio analytics for Cred’s next generation flexible line-of-credit product. You will be responsible for our creditworthiness, affordability, open banking and pricing strategies with a strong focus on delivering superior unit economics combined with good customer outcomes.
