Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Bognor Regis is seeking a passionate Recruitment Advisor to manage the full recruitment process. You will attract, select, and hire candidates in alignment with company values, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience. The role requires strong communication skills, end-to-end recruitment experience, and proficiency in sourcing candidates through various channels. This permanent, full-time role is based on-site at the resort, ensuring compliance with employment laws and promoting the employer brand.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in recruitment across both volume and specialist roles.
- Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience running group recruitment events and conducting interviews.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to hire status.
- Provide hiring managers with advice on selection methods.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment law and GDPR.
