Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration with working knowledge of a core HRIS.
  • HR qualification (CIPD Level 3 or working towards Level 5).
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills.

As our new HR Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting managers and streamlining HR processes across the business. From preparing employment offers and contracts to managing absences and maintaining accurate records, you’ll ensure day-to-day HR administration runs smoothly and efficiently.

You’ll also be actively involved in recruitment, from posting job adverts through to onboarding new colleagues, helping create a positive candidate and employee experience. Acting as a first point of contact, you’ll respond to HR-related queries with professionalism and care, supporting colleagues and managers alike.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Manage core HR administration including contracts, offers, onboarding, benefits, vendor relationships, and payroll support.
