• Maximise every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support the sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to the cleaning and hygiene standards of the club when required.
• Act as a competent key holder of the club, covering shifts as required.
• Have a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Keep up to date with current fitness challenges, class descriptions and gym floor focus, and take part in these.
• Support the Fitness Manager with gym floor duties.
• Experience the products and services on offer.
• Maintain cleanliness of facilities above expectation by actively upkepping the club with support from the team.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Deal competently with every member complaint and ensure the relevant manager is made aware.

• Outgoing personality with a positive mindset.
• Competence with all administrative duties.
• Driven and ambitious with a keen desire to learn and develop role‑specific behaviours and competencies.
• Willing and able to participate in learning and development opportunities to advance competencies and career.
• Ready to drop into operational key holder duties when the business requires.
