A fantastic opportunity for a Head Concierge to join us at Kimpton Clocktower on a Full‑time contract. Salary: £31,788.47.

Responsibilities

As Head Concierge, you will:

• Ensure all guests and visitors have a positive and memorable experience from the moment they enter the premises, and manage the Concierge team.
• Cover Duty Manager shifts.
• Deliver a warm welcome and provide directions to rooms for arriving guests.
• Offer a consistent, exceptional experience for all guests.
• Act as a trusted contact for guests, assisting with bill issues, local knowledge and problem resolution; involve management when necessary.
• Communicate and interact with guests in the lobby, inquire about their stay and record feedback.
• Handle guest luggage, arrange taxis, coordinate courier services.
