A remote assistance company seeks an Executive Assistant who will connect remote teams and on-site staff in Wolverhampton. The role involves managing email and scheduling, organizing digital files, and supporting recruitment and project coordination. Ideal candidates must possess strong communication skills, maintain confidentiality, and be capable of executing administrative tasks efficiently. Pay ranges from $7 to $10 per hour, with expected hours between 20 to 30 per week.
As Executive Assistant, you will hold a transversal role that connects multiple verticals within the organization. You’ll be a key point of contact between remote teams and on-site staff, ensuring smooth communication and alignment across Marketing, Accounting, Managers, and the CEO. Beyond traditional administrative tasks, you will actively support recruitment efforts and contribute to the coordination of projects that span operations, events, and strategic planning.
The Contractor is expected to work independently, communicate clearly, and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the role. Hours will vary based on workload, with flexibility outside of scheduled check‑ins.
After 4 weeks, hour rate will be reconsidered based on performance.
$7 – $10 USD per hour
All financial, candidate, and business information must remain strictly confidential during and after the contract.
Pay: $7.00 – $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
