A leading education management organization in Bristol is seeking a part-time Apprentice Administrator. This internship provides comprehensive training to support the AAT Level 3 qualification. Responsibilities include assisting with case management, preparing billing requests, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates should possess GCSE Math’s and English at grade 4/C or above, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting team to progress cases and meet deadlines.
  • Maintaining case management diaries.
  • Preparing billing requests for manager review.
  • Creating standard documents for review.
  • Accurate logging of creditor claims.
  • Completing periodic case reviews.
  • Completing Anti money laundering checks.
  • Dealing with enquiries from directors/creditors.

About This Opportunity

We are looking for an Apprentice Administrator to join our Bristol office. Training will be given to enable the growth of accounting knowledge and for the right candidate we would provide an apprenticeship to acquire the AAT qualification Level 3.

The Specific Duties and Responsibilities Will Include
  • Supporting your team to progress cases and meet deadlines
  • Maintaining case management diaries
  • Preparing billing requests and attaching the appropriate authority and payment request for manager review
  • Creating basic standard documents and reports for completion/review by senior employees and ensuring all prompts are left in the document for further review where necessary
  • Accurate logging of creditor claims on the IPS system
  • Completing and assisting with periodic case reviews
  • Completing Anti money laundering checks and preparation of letters of engagement
  • Achieving statutory and regulatory compliance
  • Dealing with directors of insolvent companies
  • Dealing with creditor or other enquiries
  • Having responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
