A leading fuel distributor in the UK seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to enhance business efficiencies and lead sales teams. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate will have experience in team management, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed. This position offers a competitive salary plus a 60% bonus opportunity, along with a variety of employee perks.
As our Commercial Sales Manager, you will manage the day-to-day activities to achieve greater efficiencies for the business and improve productivity within the teams while achieving the budgeted volume & contribution.
You will be leading a team of sales and office colleagues to ensure targets are achieved and excellent customer service is delivered. To be a successful Manager, you will be capable of identifying, proposing and delivering strategic business opportunities, as well as improving current performance in existing products and services.
