This role has overall accountability for client service and satisfaction within assigned block. As and Account Executive, you will manage an assigned block of business with relation to the performance of the program based on plan design and financial arrangements, and ensure strategies are in-place for the plan sponsor to contain their costs, mitigate their risk, and make the best use of tools within the income tax act### ### **The Account Executive will:**· Define service standards with clients and manage account lifecycle according to set service agreement/commitment.
