An opportunity has become available in Customer Services. We are seeking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work from our Bootle One Stop Shop – the post will be strictly office-based.
The successful candidate will predominately work from our Bootle office, however there will be occasions when they will be required to work in our Southport One Stop Shop which is based in The Atkinson.
This role will primarily be responsible for:
While working in Bootle One Stop Shop, most of the enquiries handled will be by drop-in arrangements, however it will be via an appointment when required to work in Southport.
If your application is successful interviews will take place at Bootle One Stop Shop, week commencing 2 nd March 2026, with a proposed start date of early April.
