Job summary
A leading facilities management company is seeking a Retail Area Support Officer to ensure a safe environment across various retail locations in the United Kingdom. This role involves maintaining security presence, conducting patrols, responding to incidents, and providing excellent customer service. Candidates must have a valid SIA Licence and demonstrate strong communication and observational skills. Flexibility to work varied shifts and travel between sites is essential.
Qualifications
- Valid SIA Licence – Door Supervisor or Security Guarding.
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations.
- Proven ability to manage challenging situations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a strong security presence to deter theft.
- Conduct regular patrols ensuring safety.
- Monitor CCTV for suspicious activity.
