A leading catering company in London seeks a Senior Sous Chef with a flair for creativity and effective kitchen management. The role involves preparing meals, ensuring food hygiene, and fostering excellent service standards in a fast-paced B&I environment. Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and adaptability, with a preference for those holding a food hygiene certificate. A stunning B&I location in London for a global investment company. Catering for approximately 300 people daily. We offer breakfast, lunch, barista coffee bar and lots of high end hospitality. This location also has a Biodigester. The role is a Monday to Friday operation. Additional benefits of this location are use of on site gym and the location.
