Qualifications

• Must have resided in the UK for the past 3 years and have a legal right to work.

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior CDP.

• Produce meals in line with recipes, managing production and food levels.
• Ensure all staff are trained and follow hygiene practices.
