One year experience of a high quality Restaurant kitchen in a similar role
Run sections and have good knife skills
Passionate about Modern British Cuisine and seasonality
Understanding of flavours balance, a passion for food and your own development is a must
Excellent knowledge of ingredients, allergens and adherence to all Food Safety and hygiene standards
Positive and kind attitude in the kitchen
Good command of English language
Strong team ethic, always showing respect for your colleagues
