Job summary
A leading HR consultancy seeks a Group HR Manager to support the design and delivery of the People strategy. This role involves collaboration with executive teams and managing the HR function for approximately 1400 employees across the UK. Key responsibilities include providing advice on employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. The ideal candidate will have significant HR experience, expertise in multi-site HR management, and be CIPD qualified. This position offers hybrid working flexibility with travel across the UK.
