Job summary
An inclusive leisure centre in Bristol is seeking an experienced HR Manager to build the workforce and culture for the first fully inclusive leisure centre for disabled children. The role involves leading HR activities, implementing policies, and supporting managers with employee relations in a hands-on and strategic manner. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of UK employment law, experience in recruitment, and a genuine alignment with the centre's mission and values.
