Job summary

A leading logistics provider is seeking an HR Advisor to focus on employee engagement and compliance at their Warrington site. You will provide advisory support, drive initiatives for health and wellbeing, and ensure legal compliance in HR practices. The role requires a dynamic individual with experience in fast-paced HR teams, ideally within logistics, and a CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards it. Competitive salary of £32,000 per annum with extensive benefits, including private medical insurance and 25 days leave.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar fast-paced HR team, ideally in logistics or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of employment law and experience in unionised environments.
  • Experience advising line managers on employee relations issues.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a first level advisory service to the site team.
  • Support the delivery of the People Agenda for culture and processes.
  • Promote Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Ensure legal compliance with all HR practices.
  • Build relationships with Trade Union for efficiency.
