**Job Description:****Why this Role is Important**The Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), reporting to the Director, Employee and Labour Relations, plays a key role in supporting leaders and teams through complex and evolving challenges. The HRBP partners closely with their portfolio to provide practical, trusted HR guidance that helps leaders make informed, people-centred decisions aligned with the College’s strategic priorities.Working as a strategic advisor, the HRBP supports leaders across organizational design, staffing and position structures, employee and labour relations, investigations, performance management, and workforce planning.
